For small groups/parties less than 3 active hunters, we reserve the right to double book the cabin if necessary.Â
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hunt.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled hunt date.
All payments are non-refundable.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and Venmo for all deposits and payments.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit or debit card transactions.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 6:00 PM the evening before your hunt begins
Check-Out: 6:00 PM on the final day of your booked hunt
